Regularly scheduled meetings of publicly elected governing bodies have to be announced at least three business days in advance. There’s wiggle room for announcing special meetings, but such announcements have to meet a “reasonable under the circumstances” standard, said the staff lawyer for the state’s Freedom of Information Act Advisory Council.  Link
